Likely 1920s. May possibly be the picture ‘Stevedores’ which was exhibited with the London, Group 23rd Exhibition at the R.W.S. Gallery, Pall Mall in 1926 – but there is a better candidate (see ‘Yarmouth Docks – Stevedores’ above).
